At Primautoparts customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Gift cards
Personalized or custom-made products
Clearance or final sale items
Items damaged through misuse
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
The item was damaged upon arrival.
The wrong item was received.
The item is defective.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.
